Q: Why do I have empty calendar activities in Outlook after I sync with SmartSimple?
A: This is commonly a result of UTA activities which are not using the standard fields for the Start Date and End Date.
When configuring UTA activities, there are a set of standard fields which can be enabled. If you do not use the Start Date and End Date, SmartSync does not sync data based upon custom fields storing dates.
