A Web Form is a web-based form created using the Web Forms application. Web Forms are used to gather information from people. Common uses would include survey forms and registration forms. These forms can be completed anonymously or by known users.
- Note: Website branding is added to the SmartSimple forms and pages optionally linked to website or used internally.
