Using Advanced Resume Settings in Applicant Tracking

If you have a collection of resumes loaded into the system, it is necessary to force the system to index these resumes before you can start searching. This is controlled using the Advanced Resume settings.
1. Choose the Applications, Applicant Tracking menu.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the Advanced Resume Settings at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Force Indexing Now check box.
5. Click the Save button.
6. You will not need to use this option in the future, as new resumes will be indexed as they are added to the system.
