Testing a Basic User Centric Interface

You can test the interface by using the URL in a new browser window and logging in as an existing user.
1. Copy the UCI URL to the Clipboard.
2. Launch a new Browser window.
3. Paste the URL into the Address line.
4. Choose the Browser Refresh button.
The UCI Login page is displayed.
- The Title of the UCI is displayed at the top left of the page.
- There is no content on the page as you did not add any content to the page.
- The colours are controlled by the Theme that you selected.
5. Switch to the other browser window (containing the administrator interface).
6. Select any user that was previously created.
7. Note their email address.
8. Choose the Settings, Roles and Access menu.
9. Set their access level to Administrator or Portal Interface OR User Centric or Applicant Interface.
10. Click the Save button.
12. Switch to the UCI interface.
13. Enter the user’s email address and the password that you created.
14. Click the Login button.
The user is logged in and the Home page is displayed.
