You can send an email from SmartSimple.

1. Click the Compose button.

The Compose Message window is displayed.

• You can set the “from” to any of your email accounts, or you can select the SmartSimple SMTP account if you do not have any other account.
• Use the browse button to attach files to the email message.

2. Type the email address of each contact in the TO and CC text boxes, or click the Lookup button to select from your contacts.

3. Type the Subject and body.

Storing an Outgoing Email with a Contact

The Save as Event check box will store this email as an event with each contact in SmartSimple.

1. Click the Send button.

The email is sent and stored as an event with each contact.
