People Associated with Assessments

There are three types of people associated with each assessment.

  • Entered By – the person that entered the original assessment. This name is automatically set whenever a new assessment is added to the system.
  • Internal Staff – people in the office responsible for the assessment. The person entering or managing the assessment optionally sets this list. You could also add an external person to the list.
  • Evaluator – the person assigned to perform the assessment. The person managing the assessment sets this name.

1. Click on an existing Assessment.

2. Click the Evaluator Lookup button.

The evaluator list is displayed.

This list will be restricted to the evaluators associated with this type of assessment.

  • You select the evaluator by clicking on the check box to the left of their name.
  • You can review their calendar by clicking on the calendar icon to the right of their title.

3. Click the Calendar icon for any evaluator.

The calendar for the selected evaluator is displayed.

  • As you move the mouse pointer over each day, the scheduled appointments for that day are displayed in the bottom of the screen.
  • If the evaluator has provided you with a schedule of “available” days, these will be displayed in green.

4. Select an evaluator.

5. Click the OK button.

The evaluator is associated with the assessment.

6. Change the Status to Scheduled – File Received.

7. Set the assessment date and time.

8. Click the Save button.

The assessment is saved with the associated evaluator, date and time, and new status.
