Creating a Date Type Question in a Web Form

In this article you will create a question for a course date. By setting the validation to date, this question will display a calendar link.

1. Create the following question:

  • The question type is Text Box – Single Line.
  • The Validation Type is set to date.

2. Save the question.

There are now four questions in the Web Form.
