Adding Calendar Links to an Email Broadcast Message

In order to add a calendar link to an email broadcast you must have:

  • Manager permission to create/manage calendars.
  • Set the Internet Enabled option for the calendar.

1. Choose the Communications, Calendars menu.

2. Click the Edit button for an Internet enabled calendar.

3. Select the Internet URL.

4. Press Control + C to copy the link to the Clipboard.

5. Choose the Applications, Email Broadcast menu.

6. Click the New Message tab.

7. Select the body of the message.

8. Press Control + V to copy the link into the body of the message.

You can now complete the message.
